DEZALEY – HAUT DE PIERRE, vieilles vignes, AOC

Pairs well with fish, especially oven-roasted fish. Our mature vintages are the ideal accompaniment for dishes spotlighting morel mushrooms and a cheese course with aged Gruyere.  This wine has a long finish and a subtle minerality carried along by the sap in these older vines.
